The venue is exceptional, fairly clean and the location is unbeatable close to the Hoan Keim lake, the old town.

I have had a nice experience, this unusual, clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. I enjoyed the room with a balcony, the bed was very comfy. The food was good, included eggs and toast. The property was in the middle of Hanoi. Besides, Old Quarter was 1 km away from the venue.

The honest staff and yummy food, pool. The staff did all they can for the best stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and it was great having fridge, cable TV and dining area. Irish bar was nice and tidy. Located near the public beach...

Views appeared to be not so nice.

It was neat with special customer service. Near the beach that was lovely. The pool was amazing too. All in all a sleek hotel and incredible stay.

Amazing service, comfy room and fantastic location. Outstanding view of valley. The American breakfast was incredible and had lots of meals. With friendly check-in and painless check-out, this hotel was luxury! We had a warm stay and did not want to leave there.
